Not me but it brings back fond memories of travelling for work and my favorite things- American Airlines/Delta and overly- salty mini pretzels, McD, Chipotle, Food Court salads, Never getting a good car at Hertz , Hilton Garden Inn rooms with zero humidity, Expense reports, and did I mention expense reports?

Cue the shitty watery coffee and those small assorted muffins you always take back to your room.

Pancakes and eggs? More like pancakes OR eggs, when the plates they set out are the size of a bagel.

Getting ready to travel this week for our yearly conference.
I’m sooooo dreading the shitty food and watery coffee.

The sausage, biscuits, and gravy are never quite right, are they?

The worst part is that you’re not done after the conference ends at 5. There’s Happy Hour, then Team Dinner and then you don’t get back to your room till 11.30 when you find a 100 emails from your client who doesn’t care about your silly conference, for stuff you need to deliver “first thing tomorrow morning”
Fun times.

This is my ninth week in a row traveling. My family came to see me this weekend, so I didn’t even make it home to take care of the weekly chores. Mowing next weekend isn’t going to be fun!

I rarely go to hotels, but dang I love those breakfasts when I have them.

TIL the south is one giant 5-star hotel.

You’re not really in the South unless you have Grits in the breakfast buffet.

Oh yea, and don’t forget the staff meetings every morning at 7:30am, in business attire, before the conference starts.
